- Does Dialog Box Assistant support MS Office® Open/Save dialogs?
Q: What are "Common folders"?
A: "Common folders" is a set of folders available in every program you work with. You can access this set of folders using tray icon menu and a keyboard shortcut.
You can add and remove any of the "Common folders" directly in the Windows Explorer® using Explorer context menu.
.
Q: I can't find DBA icon in the system tray (Windows XP).
A: There's an option on Windows XP platform called "Hide inactive icons". Maybe you can't find DBA icon in the system tray because of this option turned on.
Open the Taskbar properties (right-click on the Taskbar), then click the "Customize" button to get the "Customize Notifications" list, select "Dialog Box Assistant" in the list, select the "Always show" item from a drop-down menu, and then click OK. You can also clear the "Hide inactive icons" option, and then click OK.
Q: Does Dialog Box Assistant support MS Office® Open/Save dialogs?
A: Yes, but with limitations. MS Outlook®, MS Access®, and MS Publisher® are partially supported. We work to solve these problems in the future versions.
You can find complete documentation in the Dialog Box Assistant online help section.
